Christian Hardman is the Supervisor for eBay’s Global PROACT & Criminal & Regulatory Investigations Team, bringing over 15 years of experience at eBay and more than 12 years of specialized expertise in Criminal and Regulatory Investigations (CRI). Throughout his distinguished career, Christian has played a pivotal role in conducting a wide array of criminal investigations, offering testimony in criminal trials, and leading eBay's PROACT program. This initiative involves direct collaboration with retailers to tackle Organized Retail Crime (ORC) and the sale of stolen goods. In addition to his responsibilities at eBay, Christian actively contributes to the broader community by serving on the boards of the Utah Organized Retail Crime Association (UTORCA), the Coalition of Law Enforcement And Retail (C.L.E.A.R), and the Western States Organized Retail Crime Alliance (WSORCA). His commitment to combating retail crime extends to participation in various State Attorney General Task Forces, where he leverages his expertise to enhance collaborative efforts between law enforcement and retail entities.
