Mike Sena serves as the Executive Director of the NCRIC and NC HIDTA. Director Sena has a diverse 32-year law enforcement career as a veteran investigator with the California Department of ABC, California DOJ, the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office and District Attorney’s Office.    Mike also serves as the president of the National Fusion Center Association (NFCA) and as the chairman of the Criminal Intelligence Coordinating Council (CICC). He also serves as the chair of the HIDTA Directors' IT Committee.   Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, San Bernardino.
